No Big Four in my curriculum. No high standing MBAs. No huge teams with a lot of infrastructure. But are you looking for medals, or for talent?

I have no fear to new challenges, but I usually fail to say “well, I don’t know how to”. So, sometimes I get in… and ask once the door is opened.

Not native English. Maybe just fluent enough to maintain 75% of business talks. However, I practice, improve and learn as much as I can. Continuously.

Loyal and reliable
Whether you are my client, my boss, my employee, my partner, my colleague or my provider, when I work with you, I like to play by clear rules.

I just can’t avoid it: I usually inspire people, and people usually inspire me. I love innovation. Brainstorming is as natural to me as breathing.

Growing is much more than increase figures each year. It is also after-work chatting, building human relationships, sharing personal experiences.

There's no shortcuts
Don’t ask me about faster or cheaper ways. I only know one way to get things done: the best one. If you can’t afford it, you’d better not try to.
Routine kills me
8 hours a day, 5 days a week, is a relic. I feel more comfortable when working for goals, in a flexible schedule. Office for meetings, not for hard work.
Demanding
The more I’m engaged with a company, a project or a client, the more I expect him/her to be my mate. I’m not easy to please, but I’m totally fair.
